Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to subscribe to menu-MENA. This Refund Policy explains exactly when a refund is available and how to request one. It applies to all paid subscriptions on the Platform.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions (1,000 EGP per year) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your payment is processed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Platform during those first 30 days, you can request a full refund of the yearly subscription fee. The 30-day window starts from the payment date, not from your account creation date or the end of the free trial. This guarantee applies to first-time yearly subscriptions and to upgrades from Monthly to Yearly.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (90 EGP per month) are not eligible for refunds. The short billing cycle and low cost mean we ship value immediately on activation. If you cancel a Monthly subscription, your menu remains live until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund on a Yearly subscription within the 30-day window: (a) Send us a message on WhatsApp at +20 100 000 0000, or (b) Email us at support@mena-x.com, or (c) Use the Contact Us form on our website. Please include the email address registered to your account and a brief reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances: Monthly subscriptions and Monthly subscription renewals, Yearly subscriptions after the 30-day window, Yearly subscription renewals (after the first year), partial periods of service, and accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
6. Account Status After Refund
When a Yearly refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and your menu is taken offline at the end of the trial period it covers. Your menu content, settings, branding, and uploaded PDFs remain stored on our servers and can be reactivated at any time by subscribing again.
