(b) Restaurant Content: Menu items, categories, images, logos, restaurant information, and other content you upload to create your digital menu. (c) Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken. (d) Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and IP address. (e) Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. (f) Communication Data: Messages you send through our contact form, feedback form, or WhatsApp support channel.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes: (a) To provide and maintain the Platform and its features. (b) To process your subscription payments. (c) To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support inquiries. (d) To improve the Platform based on usage patterns and feedback. (e) To send promotional messages about new features and offers (you can opt out at any time). (f) To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats. (g) To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication with Firebase Auth, access controls and role-based permissions, regular security audits, and automated backup systems. While we implement robust security measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your account credentials confidential.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: (a) Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the Platform, including Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication), payment processors, and analytics providers. (b) Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process. (c) Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. (d) Public Menu Data: When you publish your menu, the menu content (restaurant name, menu items, images, contact information) is publicly accessible to anyone who visits your menu URL or scans your QR code.

You have the right to: (a) Access the personal data we hold about you. (b) Correct inaccurate personal data. (c) Delete your account and associated data. (d) Export your menu data in JSON format (available on Business plan). (e) Opt out of promotional communications. (f) Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable. 6. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for: (a) Authentication: To keep you logged in and maintain your session. (b) Preferences: To remember your language preference and display settings. (c) Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Platform (we use privacy-respecting analytics). (d) Performance: To cache content for faster page loads (service worker caching). You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup purposes and legal compliance. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
